2 IFCA Crews on Fires Green Bars indicate the number of Crew Days on incidents from - In 2002, the highest number of Crew Days was recorded at 11,475 days. - The lowest number of Crew Days occurred in 2010, with 695 days recorded. Crew Days were recorded in 2016. - Overall Crew Days average from is calculated at just over 4700 Crew Days. Black Bars specify the number of corresponding incident dispatches for each year shown.

3 2016 IFCA Crew Use by Agency In 2016, IFCA Crew were deployed to 15 state and federal agencies in the following percentages: USFS – Region 6 (Oregon/Washington) - 55% ODF – 10% BLM – 5.5% WDNR – 4.5% NPS, BIA, FWS combined – 2.6% Out of Region States including: CA, ID, MT, SC, TN, UT, and WY – 22%

7 2017 Solicitation for Proposals
ODF intends to release the Solicitation for a new IFCA on the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) ( in the month of February 2017. Best Value assessment will be conducted to evaluate technical capabilities, past performance, safety and training programs, and pricing submittals. Best Value ranking will result from award of points by government evaluators based on the assessment.

8 2017 Extension The 2013 IFCA has been extended for current contractors effective December 01, 2016, through November 30, 2017, unless superceded earlier by the new 2017 IFCA, once it is awarded. No Amendments were issued for this extension. All agreements received a 1.7% rate increase based on USDOL Consumer Price Index adjustment.
