2. Introduction
In 486 BC, there was a Persian emperor whose territory stretched from India to Cush (presently called Ethiopia, a country south of Egypt). He ruled over 127 provinces. "He was the emperor of the world's largest empire. He even removed the most admired noble queen Vashti from her position as queen. Not long after, this Persian emperor chose a poor girl who later replaced Vashti as the queen. This new queen later became the nation's savior. Before this poor girl was chosen as the queen, she was just an ordinary girl. After becoming the queen, she became a noble person of Persia as well as an important figure in Israel's history. In addition, she became an important person in the Scripture. Her name is Esther. It is very significant to be chosen by the emperor. Maybe you have never thought about, someone has more glory than the emperor of Persia, he is King of kings and Lord of lords. It is even more remarkable if you are chosen by him. His name is Jesus. Today, let us see how he chooses the ones that he values.

5. Application
A person after the heart of God？Are we longing for the Lord？Are we responding to God’s calling？
A person submissive to the Lord？Are we humbly following the Lord？Are we willing to listen to the Lord？
A person who denies himself，Are we self-centered? Are we willing to forgive others?

6. Conclusion
A person chosen by God is not based on his look, his degree, his physical appearance or his material wealth.
A person chosen by God should have something ‘inside’, not what he possess, but the precious spiritual things formed by the Spirit of God within. In addition, transformation continues through the words of Jesus.
