2 In 2015, DPI announced the selection of TeacherMatch to replace our current applicant tracking system. Since that time, TeacherMatch, now known as NC School Jobs powered by PeopleAdmin, has been tweaking its system to provide site-based preferences and is ready to roll-out to New Hanover County Schools. 4 Principals see more candidates
Principals see more candidates. Schools can “prospect” candidates based on what the applicant has listed as their job preference. That means a candidate’s application can be forwarded to various schools even if the applicant didn’t actually apply for that school’s vacancy. More visibility of all job postings. Social Media functions allow a posted vacancy to post simultaneously on the NHCS Facebook Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. Administrators will have fewer s in their in-box. Resumes, cover letters, and proof of educational credentials can be uploaded directly into the online application system. The Best Features

5 All current and new applicants will need to create a new online application. This is a great opportunity for NHCS to clean up our system information and identify the latest set of highly qualified applications for our positions. The Deployment Team has our district scheduled for deployment on the "Week of 3/6".
