1. Class of 2017 Post prom May 26, 2017 11:30 pm – 5:00am

Post Prom allows you and your prom date to continue your special evening in a safe, drug and alcohol free environment.
Plenty of entertainment, music, games and food throughout the night
ALL Seniors may attend Post Prom, even if you do not attend Prom at Drexelbrook.
A guest is ONLY permitted if s/he attended Prom with a GVHS Senior.
Post Prom Contract – Every GV Senior and Outside/GV Underclassman Guest must submit a contract complete with parent/guardian’s signature in order to attend Post Prom. One contract per person.
Completed Post Prom Contract and Health Information Form due in Main Office by Friday, May 19th.

3. Post PROM
All District rules and regulations are in effect for Post Prom.
Law enforcement will be present at the entrance and inside the school throughout the evening.

4. CLOTHING & Car drop-off
All Bags with a change of clothing MUST be dropped off prior to Post Prom. Bags must be clearly marked with attendee name and phone number.
NO LIQUIDS of any kind are allowed, including perfume & cologne
Saline solution for contacts will be available in changing rooms & restrooms
Adults will be searching bags when dropped off.
Seniors and guests who use limos/buses for Prom but wish to drive home from Post Prom must drop their car off and check-in their keys. Keys will be collected, securely stored and will be returned at dismissal from Post Prom. Cars must be parked in lot across from Main Office.

5. CLOTHING & Car drop-off
DROP OFF Location – Alley between Main Entrance & Band Room
DROP OFF TIMES:
Thursday, May 25th from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday, May 26th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 NOON
No bags will be accepted After 12 Noon on Friday
No bags/backpacks may be carried into Post Prom.
NO bags/backpacks will be accepted during Community Walkthrough
To avoid delays, students/parents are strongly encouraged to drop off bags and cars on Thursday evening.

6. Post Prom Night ALL Students MUST Arrive by 11:45 PM.
All Limos and cars must use Bethel Rd Entrance; Smithbridge Rd entrance will be closed
Valet Staff will park all personal cars and collect keys. Keys will be returned at dismissal.
No student or his/her guest will be allowed to leave Post Prom until 5:00 AM
If special circumstances require an early dismissal, parent/guardian must submit a written request to Main Office by Wednesday, May 24th. A Parent MUST pick up student and/or guest for early dismissal.
