In this lesson, we will explore what cloud computing is and why it is important for this class. We will be using Dropbox for cloud storage this term and you will need to set up a free account with Dropbox if you do not already have one. As you go through this lesson, you'll find all the instructions you need to help you get started with Dropbox. Lesson 1

Collaboration There are two discussion forums for this lesson: Due by Wednesday night at midnight Read the resource materials for this lesson and post a word summary in the discussion forum about the pros and cons of Cloud computing and using Dropbox as your Cloud solution. Post 2 messages. (Learning objectives 1 & 2) Due by Sunday night at midnight Peer-to-Peer Support.
