2 What is the Caveman Diet
The Caveman diet is just a fancy name for simple, natural, and healthy foods. You are supposed to eat anything that is not packaged or processed. They recommend to eat five items or less per meal just like a caveman would, to keep the balance healthy. The diet recommends to eat lots of protein and fat packed foods, because those items reduce excess fat.

6 What not to eat You should not eat empty carbs such as pasta and white rice as they do not fill you up, and also keep you hungrier.

7 Is the caveman Diet healthy for teens
The Caveman Diet is a good choice for teens as it does not fully restrict any type of food like other foods. This Diet keeps all the items of Canada’s food guide in the picture which is always good. Teenagers might like this Diet is quite easy to stick to and they can still eat things that they still enjoy.
