1 Courage The ability to do something that frightens one.
Strength to face ones fears.

2 Courage to help other people.
My name is Scarlet and this is my story: on January the 25th (when I turned 12) I shaved my hair of for cancer research (also known as CLICK) and I raised over £500 and my cut of hair went to making wigs. This inspired a lot of people to have courage to be who they are and to not hide their true self and their problems.

3 Courage to carry on. My name is Rhea and I suffer with Alopecia (a disease that causes hair loss around the body). This as a 13 year old girl can be hard sometimes because you see all of the celebrities with luscious hair and you feel different. But with the help of my family, friends and also my favourite celebrity, things can be better. Even though there is no cure I know that the way I am is fine as long as I like myself.

4 Everyone has courage A famous celebrity (Ariana Grande) suffers with hair loss. Even for her she still achieved her goals in life and goes on many tours, shows and meets and greets her fans. This takes a lot of courage because the whole world sees her. Because she's so successful, it inspires millions of children and adults across the word who suffer with hair loss and it makes them have hope.

6 To think about…or pray Where will you get your courage from today?
It can be very difficult to feel or be courageous when we face difficult situations. Sometimes we can get our inspiration from others around us, or famous people. Christians take courage from their belief that God will be with them. Where will you get your courage from today?
