Title: How to Survive the “How–to-Cook” TV Segment Logline (short pitch): This behind the scenes look at the filming of my “How-to-Cook” TV segment is used as a vehicle through which to describe highlights of my culinary career. Synopsis: While working as a home economist at Miele, an upscale kitchen appliance manufacturer, I participated in the filming of a “How-to-Cook” TV segment. By capturing it in KeepVid, it has been remixed to document the behind the scenes tensions of a TV cooking production. Additional still photos offer an opportunity to reminisce about my Miele job which included team building, catering and travelling. The remixed video lends itself to a discussion of my culinary career as a food writer, recipe developer, and high school culinary arts teacher as well.
