2 A pretty good summer for prices
Take the time to breathe Let’s make sure the budget projections are in order

3 OCC Old Corrugated Cardboard
ONPOld Newspaper OCC had solid performances all year. Seasonal price dip expected until Jan 2017 No volatility on the horizon ONP better than expected, best summer since 2011 Is it going to drop? What is working in our favour

4 PET Polyethylene terephalate
Probably the best we are going to see for a while Oil prices expected to remain around current levels Price to produce virgin plastic is very competitive, less demand for recycled PET

5 HDPE High Density Polyethylene
Very weak summer pricing Lowest since 2009 crash Lets put this in perspective

6 Mixed Plastics Tubs & Lids
Crisis averted………? Who is buying? Entropex, Emterra Tubs and lids strength relative to HDPE Will have stable pricing over the winter

7 Metals Steel & aluminum
Steel Cans pricing has been dropping all summer, $100mt since May Slight bump in Nov but back down for winter. Manufacturing demand is down, CDN$ is down Prolonged lowered Steel pricing indicator of slower economy Aluminum pricing fluctuations should be flat until 2017 Reduced consumer consumption

Not much change in film recycling Polystyrene and Bulky rigids still hit and miss
