Training (Splash Page) This section contains pages which outline the Self Training Syllabus required to train users in the effective use of the Moveware Programs and the various system-wide functions available within Moveware. Areas such as the Moveware Smart Panel, Navigation and Searching are covered within the Moveware Basics syllabus to teach users the navigation skills required to use Moveware as a pre-requisite to the other training guides. Please view these sections first to get an understanding of some of the General Functions and Terminology used with the Moveware Application. Training Syllabus (Corporate) Moveware provides a comprehensive ability to manage customers through the corporate module. Once flagged as a corporate entity, key information about each customer can be recorded together with the ability to record and manage customer contacts such as meetings and phone calls. All removals performed for the customer and its parent customer if applicable are recorded automatically. Any Customer (Debtor) can be flagged as being a corporate entity by making the corporate flag in the Details tab of the Debtor Management window a Y. This Customer will be able to be accessed in the Corporate Module. Alternatively a new Corporate can be added directly into the Corporate Module. 17 Implementing Client Wiki
A full review of all Help Articles from the help.moveware.com is required, as there are some information that is not relevant and can be stripped out. A Review of the Manuals that are located on the Serverdc01 or staff machine’s to see if the document requires to be placed in the help system or broken up to be placed in both help system or in the FAQ’s. To implement from the help.moveware.com into the wiki, a software called Help & Manual 6 is required, that provides the ability to capture the information. FAQ’s are created by reviewing the Support Tool, and also from Manuals. Implementing Client Wiki

18 Creating Wiki Articles
When creating Articles the following are required to be included before the article can be published. Link to a Parent Article Link to a Wiki Category Link to a Wiki Tag (If Required) Articles will require to follow the quality standards. The Internal Wiki, will be managed the same way as the Client Wiki. By assigning approvers to have the permission to publish articles. Parent Article will be the Main department name. Articles that will be associated with the Parent will need to be reviewed and publish the Parent Owner. The Parent Owner’s are the same as defined for SharePoint. Internal Wiki
