*Please staple small “results sheet” to your scratch paper so you do not lose it!!! *The stapler will be passed around today during class.

On a SEPARATE sheet of paper: *Write given problem (including problem#) *Clearly show all steps. *Write numerical answer AND letter answer *Organize your work like a homework assignment

Your results sheet should look similar to this: Check mark = correct answer A letter indicates your response, which is the incorrect answer.

You may turn them in early if you finish before then. *As you find time this week, you may check out a test booklet during class and work on your corrections. Otherwise, write down each problem and work on them at home…or come in and get help at lunch or after school. *You will not have a test booklet to take home with you…they may only be used in class. 5
