22. The eyedropper tool:
This tool will sample any color in the photograph and insert it into your toolbar as the foreground color.
#1 Choose a color from the image that you would like to insert and use the eyedropper tool to click on it.

23. #2 Click on the eye of the background copy so that you can see
“layer 1”.

24. #3 Use the Paintbucket Tool
to apply the foreground color to “layer 1”.
Paintbucket is located under the gradient tool.

25. #4 Click on the eye of the background copy to see the final product.

26. Using the Eraser Tool to add effects.

27. #1 Click the New Layer Icon to create a new empty layer.

The following example uses “Chalk”.

This gives a nice layered effect.

55. Other considerations:
Crop to the original image size. It might be best to keep the size in the name of the action.

56. Because the purpose of this is to use it on multiple images, don’t add specific details to the action as it records.
