Policy Advisory Role: Advise the Minister on investment policy & all matters relating to investment in Zimbabwe so as to enhance economic growth
Merger between Zimbabwe Investment Centre (ZIC) and Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA)

ZIA conducts follow up visits to approved projects
ZIA also checks compliance with other statutes
ZIA launched in 2016, the ZIA Local Authorities Collaboration Initiative.
The programme is designed to improve the ease of doing business in the Local Authorities.
It is also meant for LA to Know their investors and also monitor their activities.
