7. Exostar Fees for use of RSCP
Different Exostar products have different charging structures for their use.
The fee for RSCP uses a sliding scale based on the number of transactions you receive and create per year. The category that you fall into is determined by an assessment of your RSCP usage level about nine months after your registration.
The table shows the various membership levels.

The table shows the various membership levels, from Bronze up to Platinum Plus for those receiving the largest number of transactions. Which category you fall into is determined by an assessment of your use of SCP about nine months after your registration.

9. Log On to RSCP for the First Time
The following items are covered in this segment.
Access to RSCP is controlled by Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG).
When you register with Exostar, your login credentials are sent to you by .
You must complete the ‘first time login’ procedure in order to get started.
If you are the administrator for your company, you will also need to agree to the service agreement.

11. First Time Login Process

3. On the MAG login page, click on the ‘First Time Login’ icon. You will only need to do this the first time that you log in. C

13. Fill In User ID and Passwords
4. Enter your user ID and system-generated password from the that you received.
5. Enter the one time password that you received from your administrator.

7. Enter a new password. This will be your login password going forward.

Password Requirements:
Must be more than 8 and less than 12 characters
Must include at least one number, one letter and one special character
Cannot include the same character (letter or number) more than four times

15. Password Reset Questions
9. Provide answers to four of the password reset questions. You will be asked to provide the same answers if you want to use the automated process to reset your password.
Note: If you have to provide answers in the future, they are case sensitive.
10. Click Submit – you will be redirected to a ‘Login Successful’ screen and then to the home tab in MAG. I J

16. Service Agreement
Once you are on the home tab in MAG, you will see ‘open application’ (which means you are ready to work in SCP by clicking the link), or you will see ‘View Service Agreement’.
A user with the Org Administrator role, Organization Steward role or SCP-BAE Systems Application Administrator role must accept the Terms and Conditions. Once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted, the application will become active for the company. Users will have the ability to request access to the application.
1. Click on ‘View Service Agreement’ and then select ‘I Agree’ at the bottom of the agreement. A copy of the agreement will be ed to the individual who accepts the Terms and Conditions.

5. Click on the ‘Open Application’ link for Supply Chain Platform - Raytheon. You will be redirected into the RSCP application.

When you log on to RSCP, you will be presented with this landing page.
At the top is your name and user role, how to exit the system, bookmark pages, access the help files and the About link.
On the left is the Navigation Tree, which allows you to access different parts of the system.
We recommend you click on the My Workspace link to go to the RSCP dashboard. A C B
