You hunt animals to feed your people.
You are responsible for hunting for animals for food. You must also look after the animals to ensure there will be enough to feed the islanders in the future.
Farmer
You live and work on a farm.
You are responsible for looking after plants and animals.
You make sure there is enough food to feed everyone on the island.
Environmental Scientist
You are concerned about the environment and want to protect it.
You are responsible for the wellbeing of the animals, plants, rivers and lakes of Amaryllis.
Fisher
You live on the coast of the island or near the lake.
You are responsible for catching enough fish to help feed the villagers. You must also look after the animals so that there will be enough to feed the islanders in the future.
Family
You are a villager on Amaryllis, you could be a parent or a student.
You love living on the island but you know that a bridge will give your family some new opportunities such as new jobs and better education.
Your responsibility is to consider the well being of the young people.

2. Minister for Employment Minister for Education
Government Official
You are the leader and spokesperson for the government.
You are responsible for ensuring the bridge to Amaryllis is built.
Minister for Tourism
You are responsible for ensuring tourists come to visit Wildover.
You hope that by building a bridge to Amaryllis, you will encourage more visitors to come to Wildover.
Minister for Employment
Since the storm came, many companies have left and so many people in Wildover have lost their jobs.
You are responsible for creating new jobs so that the people of Wildover have money and security.
Engineer
The Wildover government have employed you to build a bridge to Amaryllis.
You are responsible for creating a bridge that will allow many people to travel to the island quickly and safely.
Minister for Education
You are responsible for ensuring all children have access to a good education.
You are concerned that the children on Amaryllis might not be getting a good education. Maybe the new bridge will allow them to come to school in Wildover?
Zoologist
You are an animal expert who works for Wildover Zoo.
You have heard many stories about the different animals that live of Amaryllis, especially the famous, mysterious Amara. You are looking forward to having the opportunity to research these animals.
