1 Welcome to P.E. Let’s get warmed up!

2 Walk or Jog Let’s get our muscles warm-up to keep us safe from injuries! Please start walking or jogging clock wise around the gym.

3 Jumping Jacks Let’s do 25 jumping jacks to get that blood pumping to continue warming up the muscle.

4 Stretch Your Upper Body
Push your elbow down – both sides. Pull arm in front – both sides. Grab arms in back and pull. Take your time and really stretch.

5 Stretch your Legs! Touch your toes.
Touch your toes crossing your legs, then switch legs. Grab your ankle and lift your foot to your seat end – switch sides.

6 Strengthen Have your partner count to fifty and see how many sit-ups you can do while they count. Switch with your partner. Hold the push-up position while your partner counts to 30. Switch with your partner

7 Sit Down and Be Ready to Listen
Good Job – Do you Feel warmed up? Once every one is sitting and looking at me, I will know that it is time to get into our next activity.
