2. With quand, the verb in both the main clause and the dependent clause must be in the future tense, unlike in English.
Quand elle ira en France, elle verra La Tour Eiffel.
When she goes (will go) to France, she will see the Eiffel Tower.
Je vous téléphonerai quand j’arriverai chez moi.
I will call you when I arrive (will arrive) at my house.
Quand Pierre aura assez d’argent, il ira à la Martinique.
When Pierre has (will have) enough money, he will go to Martinique.
