Positive (excited, focused, energized.) Negative (nervous, anxiety, upset, anger)

4 What is a stressor? A Stressor is the thing causing us to feel stressed

Homework, tests, projects Siblings Being over-scheduled Being sick Going on vacation Getting pressured to do something negative Being late Game/match/meet Being called on in class Pets Roller Coasters Trying something new Not enough sleep Conflict with friends Making mistakes Being in a dangerous, destructive or disturbing situation Circle on your paper common stressors your experience
