Generating Multiple Players Cards
February 2017

2. Summary
The EMSA will no longer issue OSA player books, all player ID will now be managed with plastic cards
Club administrators or players will upload registration data and player photographs to the ID card system
EMSA staff will then review the submission and if the files and photographs are approved then the EMSA will generate a player ID Card
Completed cards can be mailed or collected from the EMSA office

3. Attachments
To generate multiple ID cards at the same time you will need add 2 attachments to your application
Player excel file
ZIP file of players photographs
Use the following 4 slides to prepare these before you start your application

4. Players Excel File You have 2 choices for the players Excel file
Use either
An AIMS report that lists your team or
Download a template from the ID card system
The AIMS report is faster as you do not need to enter any data

5. The AIMS Report
This is the AIMS report that you need. Ensure that the number of
players on this report match the photographs that you add in the
ZIP file

6. The Template
Alternatively you can download and complete the spreadsheet
as requested (see above)

7. The ZIP file
1. Save your photographs as OSA numbers only. Do not add names after the number
2. Highlight the files that you want to include in your zip file and right click your mouse. Then select
Send to > Compressed zip folder

3. Your selected photographs will now appear in the zipped folder. You don’t need to make any other changes to the contents of the zip folder. It is ok to rename the zip folder

9. To create ID cards you
must first log in
Log in here

10. Two new menus will
appear
If this is your first time that
you logged in select
My Club
Club Profile

11. Click the pencil to change
your password to something
that you can remember
To do this click on the
pencil
Click here to save

12. Use the top section of this
page to add additional
club representatives from
your club as needed

13. Now select the Club
Profile tab and enter your
clubs address etc
Once you have completed
this you can now request
ID cards

14. To generate ID cards
go to the ID Card
menu and select
Create ID Card
Then to generate a batch lot of player cards click the Multiple Card button

15. Now select your delivery method

16. Now complete your registration form
Now complete your registration form. Note that all players in this batch
must be at the same playing level

17. Now click the 1st Select button to upload your AIMS report or excel template

18. Now click the 2nd Select button to upload your ZIP file

19. Make sure both files have a green button. Then click Submit
Note that this may take some time if you are uploading a lot of players

20. When you have finished you will see this screen
