21 Ask for Help Do not be afraid to ask for help.
There are many people who can and will help. If you are a proud person this may be hard, but remember that knowing when to ask for help and delegate is a sign of a leader. The situation is different for everyone, but it is vital to recognize when it is right to ask for help Stress does not always have to be a negative thing, as it can help to motivate you. Although realising when it starts to become a problem is important. There are many ways you can help yourself and these tips should get you started in the right direction Everyone has to finish their day at some point and start to rest. This may be hard with the workload given, but taking time to stop and relax is essential, so that your brain and body are working at 100% the next day. .

22 END As your Kingsword Union Rep, I am here to offer support and advice to UNISON members If it is a issue with your health, Safety and well being at work, I can advise and if needed raise the concerns on everyone's behalf. Please do not suffer in silence Work Related Stress is individual to the staff member and as such should be treated on that basis. Please bear this in mind this thought NO ONE SHOULD LEAVE WORK AT THE END OF THE DAY LESS HEALTHY THEN THEY WERE WHEN THEY STARTED
