3. Originally diagnosed with bowel cancer at the age of 15
Stephen Sutton:

Been through multiple surgeries and had chemotherapy more than once
Recently diagnosed with incurable cancer (i.e. He will die from the disease)

4. Use your time wisely and fully Life is for living
Quote from speech made by Stephen at ‘Find your sense of tumour conference’ 2013:
“Imagine there is a bank that credits your account each morning with £86,400. At the end of each day the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during that day. What would you do? Draw out every penny, of course?”
“Each of us has such a bank. It’s not money, it’s TIME. Every morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off as lost whatever you have failed to invest as good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no over draft. Each day it opens a new account for you. If you fail to use the day’s deposits, the loss is yours.”

5. Stephen says in many of his speeches, that he has motivation but not much time... But perhaps he can give others who do have the time some motivation?
Take inspiration... Be amazing... Achieve everything you imagine you can.
