4 What is the COIL Method used for?
Coils of clay can be used to build bowls, vases and other forms in various shapes and sizes.

5 How do I make a coil? Keeping the fingers flat, the clay is formed into rope like shapes from ¼” to ½” thick.

6 How do I connect the coils?
In order to connect coils to create a structure, make sure they are wet and add texture to ensure connection.
