Why RouteMobile??? Premium routing for OTP/Transactional messages of Financial Institutions: We have set up an entire different platform/infrastructure for terminating one time password (OTP) and transactional messages. As this type of SMS requires instant delivery, we ensure that this traffic is not clubbed with other generic traffic. There is a separate server and gateway that is used to handle this kind of traffic. Scalable Architecture: Messaging Platform has a scalable architecture with Hardware virtualization, Redundancy, Load balancing between multiple networks for enhanced SMS delivery efficiency, higher security using Linux Machines and SMS delivery on secured protocol with 256 bit encryption. Uniform method of access by all client applications without application specific customization: RouteMobile APIs can be integrated with any client application for incorporating SMS feature and establish connectivity without any requirement for application specific customization Categorization of SMSes into Priority and Non-Priority As per requirement of sending Priority and Non-Priority SMS with delivery timelines, RouteMobile will use different channels of submission for the message types as per the priority. Separate User Accounts utilizing separate priority channels for SMS submission to Mobile Network Operator will be provided for operational ease Transmission of Delivery reports for reconciliation Delivery receipt for all submitted SMSes should be sent back to calling application at the end of the transaction for reconciliation purposes if the parameter for the same in APIs is provided. Security Requirements
Secure storage of SMS delivery log All message history is maintained in log databases for billing purpose. Mobile number, message template Id, time of transmission and status of delivery for invoicing purposes. We take back-up of message log on daily basis. The message history is archived every month. If a customer needs to download message logs older than a month, they would need to send a request to RouteSms Every message has a unique message ID. This means at any point of time, it’s possible to identify a message uniquely. All delivery reports are returned against the unique Message ID. When a message delivery report is received, the message records are updated with status date time and message delivery status. Information security audits Routemobile conducts Information security audits of their infrastructure periodically. Failover and Disaster Recovery mechanism
RouteMobile servers are running in Redundancy mode for power / Internet in class A Data Centre All the servers are running in Virtual Environment, that will allow RouteMobile to arrange the server on backup servers in case of hardware failure All the Disks are running in RAID.
