Audio Conferencing ATT Price Agreement #4124 Amendment executed July 19, 2010 Amendment reduced audio conferencing pricing Training provided September 8 & 9, 2010 DAS Operations Technology Support Center (TSC) Audio Conference Support & Associated Services Provided via internal audio bridging equipment hosted at the State Data Center

Web Conferencing (ATT/iLinc) ATT Connect - Price Agreement #4124 Amendment executed July 19, 2010 Amendment reduced web conferencing pricing Training provided September 8 & 9, 2010 iLinc Communications - Price Agreement #9782 Training provided August 24 & 25, 2010 Currently 100 ilinc seats available for iLinc Virtual Classroom and Web Conferencing through iLearnOregon

Video Conferencing (H323) Services ATT Connect Last meeting on contract amendment occurred September 10, 2010 Final review of proposed ATT contract amendment nearing completion DAS Operations TSC Video conferencing and support services Provided via internal video bridging equipment hosted at State Data Center

RealNetwork (Capture/Streaming) Service provided via two servers currently housed in the Salem Teleconferencing Center Managed by Oregon Department of Education

9 Transition Goals Transition by December 31, 2010 Seamless transition
Minimal process related change Customer choice of service offerings Internal/on-contract service providers offering Same/higher quality services Same/lower pricing on a sustainable basis

Assuming stakeholder endorsement Interagency Agreement & SLA Delegation of service delivery responsibility from DAS to OSU Revision of Oregon Administrative Rules Operational transition of service delivery responsibility by December 31, 2010 Customer/Stakeholder Training
