Make Your Visual Presentation:
Sharp, Simple, Organized
Use type of at least 32 point size, for visibility from any seat in the room.
Use standard, common fonts. Have no more than three fonts per slide, this includes different sizes, bold and italic versions of a font.

Limit each line to no more than eight words per line or eight lines per slide.
Slides should support the talk rather than substitute for it!
Keep the same background colors and lettering style throughout your presentation.
Use light color backgrounds, dark fonts.

Use simple graphics. (Make graphs charts with thick lines and high contrast, i.e. dark blues, reds or greens on white.)
Use simple messages and phrases - not complete sentences.
Rule of Thumb - Do NOT present more than 2 slides/minute. (8 min. = 16 slides)
