~CACFP SITE REQUIREMENTS~
Located in an area with at least 50% population receiving free or reduced cost school lunches Open to all children up to 18 years old The site must provide regularly scheduled enrichment activities © 2016 Food Bank of the Rockies

The site must have sufficient staff attend training to assure all requirements are met Trained staff must be on site during meal service Allow un-announced visits by Food Bank &/or State monitors © 2016 Food Bank of the Rockies

A menu must be posted in your serving area. You must serve approved reimbursable meal to each child. You must give children access to a share box or table. All food must be eaten on site Drinking water must be available © 2016 Food Bank of the Rockies

Administrative reporting must be accomplished within required timeframes Meal records must be sent to FBR Daily for hot meal sites Daily for fresh meal sites Weekly for packaged meal sites Keep records on site for 3 years 4 months and make them available to state and food bank monitors © 2016 Food Bank of the Rockies

~ Fresh Food Center~ As an agency of the food bank you can visit our Fresh food center any day of the week! Monday- 12:00pm-3:30pm - check in with agency window Tuesday- 9:00am -3:30pm - check in with Zach Wednesday- 12:00pm-3:30pm - check in with agency window Thursday- 12:00pm-3:30pm- check in with agency window Friday - 9:00am -3:30pm- check in with Zach When you arrive please check in with the appropriate person. You will receive a card and be allowed to shop for 20 minutes. A volunteer will be at the kiosk to assist you. Give your card to the volunteer. Be mindful of what you are transporting and storing. Make sure you have refrigeration and keep cold food cold. Take only what you can store and distribute. If you are transporting food more then 30 minutes away you must have thermal blankets or coolers. © 2016 Food Bank of the Rockies
