1 shoulder backpack (book bag)- NO wheels please
2 packs of Crayola Twistable crayons (24 count) (Twistables)
5 Primary composition notebooks (no picture space) (1 per subject)
2 plastic RED pocket folders
1 pack of Primary writing paper
2 boxes of Ticonderoga pencils (12 count)

1 Pack of 3”x 5” lined index cards

7. Please remember to send your child to school
in proper uniform each day.
TOPS: School shirts with logos
BOTTOMS: Black or navy pants, shorts, or skorts, embroidered with SASP, and a black belt.
JACKETS/SWEATERS: SASP jacket/sweater or SOLID black/navy sweaters. NO HOODIES
UNDERSHIRTS: Students are only permitted to wear WHITE long sleeve undershirts.
SHOES: must be 100% BLACK. No exceptions

8. PLEASE BE PATIENT as we work with the 1st week “madness”
ARRIVAL:
First 2 Days: Parents may walk students up to class.
Day 3 and beyond: Students may eat breakfast in cafeteria and walk up to class beginning at 7:45. Class begins at 8:00
**Students are TARDY if the bell has rung and they are NOT in class
DISMISSAL
PLEASE BE PATIENT as we work with the 1st week “madness”
We will walk out to the covered drive-way. Please do not get out of you cars. Have your purple car tag displayed on dash.

9. CHANGES IN STUDENT DISMISSAL
RAINY DAYS:
Parents must park and walk to get students in the class 
WEDNESDAYS:
CHANGES IN STUDENT DISMISSAL
ANY CHANGES in how your child will be going home needs to be notified prior to the end of the day VIA OR REMIND.

10. ANF must be turned in within 72 hours of absence.
ATTENDANCE
An ABSENCE NOTIFICATION FORM (ANF) must be completed whenever a student is absent in order to excuse his/her absence.

Can be found on school website under “parents” or the school’s office 
Excessive absences may result in administrative consequences such as referrals or loss of participation in school events.
- Unexcused absences will result in your child receiving a “Z” for any graded
work while they were out. Please note a “Z” will drop the grade significantly.
TARDIES
Students who are NOT in class when the school bell rings, must report to the office for a tardy pass.
5 or more tardies per 9 weeks may result in the loss of participation in school events.

Packets will go home in RED folders on Monday and must be returned completed the following Monday
Packets will include a cover page with detailed info per day. It will include spelling words, sight words, skills and assessments for the week.
