2. Business Problems
The business is having trouble with work order assignment and specific communication regarding the work order.
A tracking system would also be beneficial to track productivity

3. Proposed Solution
Build a work order system that automatically assigns the work order to a technician based on the user’s input of which department they work in.
Have a system that will produce reports that show how many work orders technicians have been assigned and the outcomes of the completed work orders.

According to dept. the system will assign a technician to work order

According to classification of issue the system will generate a list of possible parts needed
Outcome
Technician will update work order with comments and close out work order
