Equipment MUST be requested by 9:15am (AM session) or 1:15pm (PM session). Without the request, staff will NOT have your items available for pickup.
Get your treatments PLANNED AND APPROVED AND LINKED the appointment.
Review your DISPENSARY items from personal planner.
Dispensary Staff are UNABLE to checkout items WITHOUT a request
Except Radiology and Emergency
Become familiar with the KITS (All instruments) and SUNDRIES (Materials)

You can SORT the description column OR
TYPE the FIRST letter of the instrument.
For example, “P” for Pliers

5. HANDPIECE EQUATION MOST HANDPIECES ARE LINKED TO TREATMENT CODES
SLOW HP = SSHP (Slow Speed Handpiece) + SSMTR (Slow Speed Motor)
HIGHSPEED HP = HSHP (High Speed Handpiece) + HSCPLR (High Speed Motor)
STRAIGHT HP = SSHP (Slow Speed Hand Piece) + SSMTR (Slow Speed Motor) + STRHP (Straight Attachment/Nose Cone)
SMALL HEAD HIGHSPEED = HSHPSM (High Speed Hand Piece Small) + HSCPSM (High Speed Motor Small) - ONLY CLINIC 1 – NOT LINKED TO TREATMENTS
INCOMPLETE REQUESTS = NO CHECKOUT

Manual Request(s) do NOT move with your appointment. You will need to re-add them for rescheduled patients

CLAMPS –1 clamp per request (kits include clamps)
Drop an item – Swap it at the counter or order a replacement
You can send an assistant to pickup items for you
