2 Our Mission Address the major complaint that Goalies get little to no Goalie specific training Develop Goalies by working on the basics Push Goalies to the next level with advanced training and techniques Off Ice and On Ice routines Support Goalies, Parents and Coaching Staff Expose the younger kids to Goaltending Identify Develop Please donate unused equipment

3 The Program Spring Sessions – 8 sessions, 1 hour Off Ice, 1 hour On Ice (Spring League Fee) Summer Sessions – 8+ sessions, 1 hour Off Ice, 30 minute classroom, 1 hour On Ice In Season Clinics In Season Practices visits In Season Game visits / Video Game Reviews Game visits most likely at Home or in Roch Video review – must have video (how?) Game visits and video potential issues with 2 goalie teams The expense is in ice and payroll (Lou)

 Strong empathies on Skating Skills Week #1 – Basic Movement Week #2 – Save Selection Week #3 – Save Selection Week #4 – Angle and Depth Week #5 – Reacting, Blocking, Tracking and Postsave Recovery Week #6 - Shutting Down Offensive Attacks Week #7 - Behind the Net Coverage Week #8 - Battling Traffic and Moving the Puck

6 Evaluations Spring/Summer Program Game/Video Evaluations
Review with Goalie, Parents and Coach(s)

7 Team Goalie Coach Each Team to designate at least 1 Goalie Coach

Years ago I paid $42/$37 per ½ hour at Max Janoz is $30 per hour for groups
