2 Nationwide Pooled Risk Medical Benefits Plan
Organizations with experience rated or fully-insured healthcare benefit plans may wish to consider pooling their risk with other employers / organizations under this plan so as to affect a cost savings. 4 different plan designs are available in this multiple-plan-sponsor captive available to any sized employer with 25 or more continuously covered employees working 25 or more hours per week. The group can also opt to keep their own current plan designs. Employees /applicants must fill out individual medical /health questionnaires upon enrollment as this keeps premiums low and rate increases competitive (Questionnaires not required if YTD and 3 previous years of claims experience is provided for final underwriting and rates) Employer groups (not individual employees) are either accepted or rejected for plan participation at time of initial plan start up
