PROJECTOR is one of the video aid.By connecting it to computer we can present our topic more effectively.procedure to connect projector to computer and its importance is given in this presentation.

4. WE CAN CONNECT PROJECTOR TO COMPUTER BY FOLLOWING 6 STEPS

5. STEP 1
 Make sure your computer and laptop are both turned off.

6. STEP 2
 Connect the video cable (usually VGA) from your Computers external video port to the projector.

7. STEP 3
 Plug your projector into an electrical outlet and press the “power” button to turn it ON.

8. STEP 4
Turn on your Computer.

9. STEP 5
If you need audio for your presentation, connect the COMPUTERS’s “audio out” port to the projector, or to another sound system.

10. STEP 6
Sync the projector and laptop by holding down the FUNCTION key and pressing one of the function keys to toggle.
