18 GENERAL LIBRARY RULES Handphones should be switched to silent or off mode. Only SMS is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. 2 1 Do remember to charge out your materials before leaving the library (if not you would have to fill in a form). Food/Drinks purchased from the LearningHub café may be consumed at the LearningHub. No food and drinks are allowed at other parts of the Library. 4 3 All library users should dress and conduct themselves with decorum. 6 Mutilation and theft of library materials are serious offences. Appropriate action will be taken against offenders. Take care of belongings! Especially laptops etc. 5 7 19
