1. River Heights Sports Board
Welcome!
The Sports Board is where you can find the practice and game times of all current sports offered by the Physical Education Program. It is updated every Friday afternoon and outlines the schedule for the following week. It can also be found on the school website.

2. Indoor Track Sprints Practice: Tuesday, November 22 @ 7:30AM
Throws Practice: Wednesday, November 7:30AM
Grade 7 Team Practice: Thursday, November 24 3:30-4:45

3. Water Polo Practices: Saturdays 10-11 am Pan Am
You can also check MWPA website under “programs” for updated schedule. Athletes will be reminded of game time at practice.
