Sales Compensation and Service Anniversary Awards April 2009

2. Overview
AwardSource is your online Team Member reward and recognition system.
It is accessed via quick links on D&B’s team site or remotely at
AwardSource uses points (1 point = $1 in value)
You may earn points through a variety of ways. Depending on your job you may:
Earn sales incentive points
Receive a service anniversary reward
Earn recognition

3. Logging On to DNBAwardSource
Just insert the link into any browser bar and:
Use the same user name you’ve always used
When logging on for the 1st time, use “Welcome” as your password (not case sensitive)
When logging on subsequently, use the new password you’ve created for yourself.
NOTE: On various pages on the D&B team site there are also quick links to If you have created a “Favorites” link to the prior reward site, make sure to delete it and create a new one for the new site.

4. Redeeming Points
Team Members see the amount of points they have available in real time
Left-hand drop down menu has over 100 gift cards from retailers and restaurants, and VISA gift cards
Gift-cards are processed and mailed within 72 hours if in stock
