2. HALLMARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE
The Hallmark Elementary site was proposed as a reconstruction project for an existing school and auxiliary building. The new construction would feature 1- Story bungalows, 2-story garden, or townhomes on remainder of property.

3. DOWNTOWN SCHOOL BOARD SITE
The reconstruction of an existing school board administration and office buildings to new residential units. The proposed project would also potentially rehab an admin building to clubhouse /activity center. The proposed construction would feature 1-story bungalows, 2-3 story garden, or townhomes on the remainder of the site.

4. LAMAR STATE COLLEGE PORT ARTHUR

In collaboration with the school district and the local college ITEX was able to acquire the location for a college dorm development in the city of Port Arthur. The land was originally owned by the Port Arthur School District and was then sold to Lamar State College – Port Arthur.
