11 Lessons learnt Collaboration with other training institutions / Training Professional enhanced ISTM’s capacity to meet the extraordinary target Continuous Faculty development to meet the emerging needs of trainees Usage of ICT for pre-appointment formalities helped in speeding up the process and efficient handling of large number of trainees Support of Central Ministries required for timely relieving officers for training as well as to send a feedback to ISTM regarding the gap noticed in their performances.
