13 Football Development 2015 1. Coach Education We want to bring courses to your Club on evenings and times which are suited to you and your staff. It’s important to everyone that development in this area over the next 12 months continues to grow and by coming into each Clubs own environment it is hoped that the Introduction to Junior Coaching (ITJC) and Junior Level 1 courses will become more accessible. 2. More time spent within each Junior Club This is vital to us as we continue to build good relationships with each individual Club. FDOs will be tasked with spending more time within your Club environment, on the ground; planning and reviewing agreed targets during the course of the year. As part of the continued development and growth, other areas such as coordinator training, help and attendance at parent information evenings, in-house coaching clinics and support regarding Quality Club Mark will be other focus areas on offer from our department.  The other opportunities for each FDO to work with Clubs include helping to establish / grow skill centres, Football in Schools programs and any other support mechanisms that fall under The Whole of Football products.
