Having spent his entire surveying career working in Broward County, he is extremely knowledgeable of the rules, requirements and has the experience in providing surveying and mapping services to South Florida municipalities. He has performed construction, right of way, control, ALTA, and boundary and topographic (both acreage and coastal) surveys. He is knowledgeable in the use of a wide range of state-of-the-art surveying equipment and associated computer technologies. He began his career as a rodman and worked in the field for the first 20years of his employment. 12 SCHEDULE FOR PROJECTS Day 1: Due Diligence: Plat information, BCPA Property Card, Recorded Deed(s), Survey Control Day 2: Follow-up with City staff regarding scope of services, intent of project, future considerations. Day 3: Submit formal scope of service, fee estimate and project schedule. Issuance of Notice-to-Proceed Days 4-5: Survey Crew on -site within 48 hrs. of NTP Days 6-8: On-site Survey Data Collection Days 6-10: Process field data, calculate boundary, cad drafting, preliminary survey for review Days 11-13: QA\QC of survey, PSM on-site review Day 14: Finalize Survey based on review comments Day 15: Submit survey and cad file to City
