Progression Academic, relationships, assessments and exams, not mitigating, general wellbeing and MH 4. Success Future uncertainty, LA closing case, accommodation worries

4 Feedback and Interventions
Recommended ‘quick wins’ and achievable institutional changes 1. Admissions Contextual admissions, WP advocate, raise awareness of DSA + SOSNs, liaise with LA’s, Schools and Colleges, check SSN early 2. Retention Welcome lunch, one to one within first 2 weeks of term, transitional programmes/summer schools, priority for first choice accommodation, promote opportunities to meet others, buddying 3. Progression Make sure aware of PT, termly one to ones, awareness of processes and support available with assessed work 4. Success Promote Careers adviser/events in yr 2, ask LA for clarity on prep to leave care process, possibility to remain in halls until end of Summer, graduation bursary to help with moving on
