Where are my CD’s? Starting with Volume 17, we have made the transition from CD’s to online audio access. You still have access to all audio files through the 16- digit access code in your teacher edition. If you would still like a CD, you can make one by downloading the audio files or order all 6 physical CD’s from us for $20/year. How do I access my digital lessons? Are you using Windows or Mac computer? I’ll send you a YouTube tutorial video with step-by-step instructions for downloading your digital lessons, then feel free to call back with questions. Why don’t my digital lessons work? Do you see a blank screen that says “loading?” If so, the “zip files” were not extracted properly. Delete the current file from your desktop, I will send you a YouTube tutorial video with step-by-step instructions for downloading your digital lessons.
