8. Video Notes
Most LMS have a built-in “video note” feature. Unfortunately, captioning video notes can be very cumbersome.

9. Video Uploads
Most LMS allow uploads of MP4 video that was created with other tools, but many have limits on the size of the video files that can be uploaded
Brightspace: Large videos can be uploaded, SRT can be added
Canvas: Can upload SRT or use CaptionSync Smart Player, but small file size limit
Blackboard: Small file size, no way to caption (currently), except open captions

Currently the simplest workflow for including captioned video in LMS courses is to use a video platform that is integrated both with your LMS and with CaptionSync
