2. Who tests on animals?
Many different cosmetic companies test on animals. Even huge companies that have the choice to switch to cruelty free testing. Some examples are Maybelline and CoverGirl.

3. Why do companies test on animals?
Companies test on animals for many different reasons. Some reasons for the testing on animals are that it is easier, quicker, and sometimes less expensive.

4. Why should it be stopped?
Animal testing is one of the worst things in the beauty world that goes on behind closed doors. Animals are strapped down to tables and tortured for months at a time. And when they are too defective, the people throw them away like garbage.

5. What’s Happening Now?
Many large corporations and organizations such as PETA, Cruelty-Free Kitty, and the Leaping Bunny Foundation are trying to ban animal testing and are actually saving more than 80,000 animals per year from being tortured and then killed.
