3 Amendment 1 Freedom of Religion Freedom of Assembly Freedom of Speech

4 Amendment 2 The Right to Bear Arms
Originally meant for the people to be able to set up militias to defend themselves, as they did during the Revolution.

5 Amendment 3 You can’t stay here!
Originated from the Revolution. This was one of the wrongdoings of the King. No quartering (lodging) soldiers in private houses

6 Amendment 4 Police, open up! I hear you knocking, but you can’t come
in without a warrant! The govt. can not search your property without a search warrant or probable cause (Originated from Revolution). No unreasonable searches and seizures

7 You have the right to an attorney …
Amendment 5 Due Process You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney … On board
