7. Turn on EXT PWR 1 and, if available, EXT PWR 2.

Turn all three PACK switches to NORM. Ensure the ISLN switches are open.  Turn ON APU Bleed Turn ENGINE BLEED ON

Ensure that fuel control switches are set at CUTOFF 
Set trim to the number previously indicated in the FMC TAKEOFF page.

17. Pre Flight Checklist Close the COM panel.
Press the TFC button on the EFIS (Electronic Flight Information System) Mode Control Panel

18. Pre Flight Checklist Set HDG to 249. Set ALT to 10000.
Ensure the autopilot DISENGAGE bar is UP.

19. You are ready for takeoff!
