1. Go to: https://mix.office.com
Click “Get Office Mix”

2. Sign in to the account you want to use
We recommend work/school account
Follow the on screen prompt to download “OfficeMixSetup.exe”

3. During the install, check “I agree to the license terms and conditions” and the click the Install button
When Mix is installed you will be shown a “Success” screen

4. Slide Recording – Record audio, video, webcam, and inking on slides for playback
Quizzes videos apps – create quizzes, open response questions, as well as games and simulations
Screen Recording – record your desktop and applications
Screenshots - take screenshots of your desktop and applications
Insert video/audio – insert prerecorded audio or video files
Preview – shows the presentation as it will appear when saved as a Mix
Upload to Office Mix – will open a wizard which guides you through saving to Mix.
My Mixes – view past Mixes
Export to video – saves your mix as video file. All quizzes or embedded apps are lost.
Publish to O365 video – publishes your mix as a video file to an Office 365’s online hosting service (requires account).

5. Before publishing your Mix, read each of the permissions and sharing options carefully. After publishing you can go back and change them at any time.

6. Embedding Mix in Blackboard
