Placement of an existing Systems Analyst position on the Web Team.
Immediate posting of job announcements for currently open Systems Analyst and Programmer Analyst positions for placement on the Web Team to focus on analysis and production roles.
Creation of two new positions for placement in the Web Team focusing on management and production roles.
Placement and structure of a Web Team in the PCC organization.
Priorities for the Web Team.
Proposal initiated after Web Retreat (6 months)
Charge to the Web Task Force: Develop a plan for addressing the following:
Functions of the Web Team: What would they be doing?
What are available resources? (From Ray Grant)
