5. Hootsuite How to get started Begin by opening a spreadsheet in Excel
In column A enter in the date and time for your prescheduled post.
Example: 1/22/2016 9:00:00 am
In column B enter in what you want your post to say
Example: Check out these financial tips for older adults here!
In column C enter in the URL (only necessary if your post requires a link)
Example:
Save your file as a .CSV document

6. What your spreadsheet should look like

7. Hootsuite To bulk upload:
Hover over the left-hand column and it will expand
Click “Publisher”
Click “Bulk upload”
Choose FB, Twitter, or TKYL
Upload the appropriate CSV file
Click “Submit”
If errors occur, make changes to the CSV file that are needed, save and press submit again (it will display where the errors are)

10. Hootsuite To edit an already scheduled post:
Hover over the left-hand column and it will expand
Click “Publisher”
Click “Bulk upload”
Choose FB, Twitter, or TKYL
Click “Scheduled”
Choose scheduled post and click the pen to edit
