Working in groups of four, go to my website and read the article entitled, Generations Working Together, and fill in the graphic organizer.
Each member of the group should be responsible for one of the generations and share at least two pieces of information about that generation with the group.
Each member of the group should be ready to out to the class something that they took away from the article.

Scientific Advances
Baby Boomers who are retiring take with them the knowledge and skills necessary to their current positions. Thus leaving a skills shortage in the work environment. Baby Boomer generation will require services such as financial planning & Health care. These two sectors will increase rapidly over the next ten years.
Economic hardships – Current events (Eygpt) Governments will need to be restructure, laws enforced, etc….
Natural Disasters or tragedies – People need to rebuild. 9/11 tragedy brought an increase in security and technology sectors. Think airport security
