2 Figure 1 An evaluation of embolic agent efficacy. This is a comparison of uterine leiomyoma infarction noticed on follow-up imaging at 3 and 6 months. Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology  , DOI: ( /j.jvir ) Copyright © 2010 SIR Terms and Conditions

3 Figure 2 A comparison of uterine volume reduction at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months after UAE for uterine leiomyoma. Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology  , DOI: ( /j.jvir ) Copyright © 2010 SIR Terms and Conditions

4 Figure 3 Comparison of patient-related symptom severity and overall health-related QOL scores at baseline, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after UAE. There are significant reductions in symptom severity scores between baseline and 1 month follow-up, and health-related QOL also shows a significant increase in this same time period. However, no significant changes are seen after the 1 month follow-up encounters. Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology  , DOI: ( /j.jvir ) Copyright © 2010 SIR Terms and Conditions

5 Figure 4 Comparison of symptom severity scores between patients who showed complete infarction and those who showed incomplete infarction on follow-up imaging at baseline, 1 months, 3 months, and 6 months. No statistical significance was seen between the two stratified groups. Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology  , DOI: ( /j.jvir ) Copyright © 2010 SIR Terms and Conditions
